Sonia Kannegiesser-Boser
Agent/Realtor
LIC # 40475408
Sonia was born and raised in the Hancock area where she also raised her family. Her lifelong dream of becoming a real estate agent was finally realized in 2016 when she became a licensed Realtor through Kaplan University. Sonia's ability to see a home's true potential is due in part to her love of architecture, renovation, and decorating. Her kids will attest to the fact that mom was a house flipper long before it was a popular thing to do! She enjoys all aspects of real estate but especially enjoys working with rural properties and finds working with first time home buyers to be very rewarding. In addition to assisting buyers and sellers she also helps clients who need assistance with decluttering and home staging. Sonia covers the Stevens, Swift, Pope and Stearns county areas and divides her time between her hometown of Hancock and her home in Avon. In her spare time she enjoys renovating, decorating, creating, and spending time with her kids and grand kids.
